We are an educational publisher, not a VA-accredited representative. We cannot review your rating decision, tell you what to file, evaluate your evidence, or advise you on your specific claim. Federal law reserves that work for accredited representatives, and accredited VSO representation is free. Chapter 12 of the guide explains how to find one and how to verify their credentials.
